PROJECT ARCHITECT - fulltime
TBE is pressing on towards the future. We are currently hiring a Project Architects with an interest in hospitality design. Candidates must possess a passion for the industry and an eagerness to create memorable environments.
TBE Architects is a mid-sized (under 30 person) design firm that accomplishes nationally recognized large scale hospitality work across North America. We are specialists in Resort, Hotel and Casino design, with a unique niche of Native American casinos. We work on projects ranging from $50M to $400M. Our work is fun, rewarding and makes a difference in the lives of the clients we partner with.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field

Professional licensure as an architect is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Proficiency in Revit, with familiarity of other architectural software (2 yrs. required)

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Reliably commute or planning to relocate to St. Louis, MO area, before starting work (Required)
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals.

Assist in the development of design proposals, including 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models.

Create detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
